After working in commercial property management in downtown San Diego since 2011, Alyssia Neill decided that residential real estate was the perfect career.
Neill, who completed her real estate training, has brought her knowledge to the Point Loma office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. She plans to provide guidance and bring an upbeat, innovative, and professional approach to her clients during their home buying or selling experience.
"Helping others, whether it be with something big or small, is my passion," Neill said. "I genuinely care about people and constantly strive to support them. That is why I chose this path, so that I can help others to find and create their own happy home."
"Alyssia is extremely organized, and a natural-born leader," Branch Manager Nelson White said. "She knows how to listen to her clients' specific needs, and is able to guide them toward their perfect home while delivering a positive experience to everyone involved."
Thanks to her background in commercial property and construction management, Neill is proficient at multitasking, communicating efficiently, paying attention to detail, and working well under pressure. In her free time, she enjoys running and hiking with her husband, practicing yoga, and hosting dinner parties for friends and family, who call her "Martha Stewart."
Neill and her husband, who works with special-needs children and their families, are very involved in and support the autism community in San Diego. The couple help provide auction items and funds in an effort to raise awareness and meet specific financial needs for the community.
